having the power to end life, justly or unjustly. I agree to some extent. But bad guys like Timothy McVeigh and Scott Peterson deserve just one thing in life, the should be swiftly and viciously delt with by justice.
Here is the question. Is the State’s power to imprison a human being also a violation of natural humans rights that get violated when a prisoner is “justly” executed?
This was broadcast in May of 2002. Some of the discussion between O’Reilly and terrorism expert Larry Johnson is about the Oklahoma City bombing. At 3:39 Johnson begins to describe the meeting between confessed 9/11 terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui and hijacker Mohammed Atta. The meeting took place in an Oklahoma City motel. This interview is significant because the 9/11 Commission lied and said that they were unaware of any evidence of a meeting between Atta and Moussaoui. On pages 246-247 of the Commission’s final report, they discuss Moussaoui’s activities during that period. They write: “KSM also states that Moussaoui had no contact with Atta, and we are unaware of evidence contradicting this assertion.” www.9-11commission.gov I told the Commission about this meeting. The email I sent them in September 2003 is online here. You might need to use the Mozilla Firefox browser to access this website: bellaciao.org Why did the Commission lie about this? They were probably protecting David Boren, the former US Senator who is widely known as the mentor and sponsor of ex-CIA director George Tenet. Boren resigned his Senate seat in 1994 and became the president of the University of Oklahoma. After the 9/11 attack, Boren worked feverishly to keep the spotlight off of Oklahoma. In my email to the 9/11 Commission, I told them that Boren had a close association with Commission member Jim Thompson. Go here for a video of Tenet telling a 9/11 lie at a speech he made at OU in March 2005 …
For example, if the federal government had sentenced Timothy McVeigh to life in prison for the murders of the federal agents, could the state of Oklahoma have sentenced him to death for the murder of everyone else killed?
Free Mind Report’s James Lane and Holland Van den Nieuwenhof discuss the most recent “terrorism” arrests and the implications for our lives and liberty.
