john maine was ready to play. what i heard was “they were worried about his velosity, wasnt an injury.” he had beckoned for some one and then he was taken out. this is game two. ra dickey and the knuckle ball were effective for now. they covered john maines anger but they did not dwell on the fact that john maine won with out throwing a pitch. that i think was in his best intrest. he can rest and hell be on fire… especially if dan warthen or uncle jerry doesnt get fired first. for now we are ready for the yankees. i dont care what anybody says. lets go mets!!!

Mets post game report mets beat the tigers
sienfeild style. tejada and jesus are great additions dispite all this cliff lee talk. oswalt and all. taka hashi “taks” one for the team but the mets win the series against the detroit tigers. david wright is still number one in rbis and in most all star games he gets a hit. angel pagan is sidde lined for a day or two after a 4 for 4 outing. all hail the knuckle ball. and santanas innocent. meet the 2010 mets. half a game out of second place…for now. a comfortable second place. but im not trying to just settle for the wild card, and niether is santana, jerry manueal and the rest of the mets. jose is definatly back. change up, four seamer, slider, knuckle ball, we got it all man!! lol
