What should I conclude from this?

When I asked about “agnostic terrorists” two particular responses caught my eye:

One saying that McVeigh was an agnostic, which apparently isn’t true:
Timothy McVeigh professed his present belief in “a God” in a recorded interview with Time Magazine.[2] The Guardian reported that McVeigh wrote a letter claiming to be an agnostic, but no text of such a letter (or tangible proof of its existence) has been published or made public in any medium.[3] McVeigh accepted the Sacrament of Extreme Unction from a priest of the Roman Catholic Church shortly before his death, and he had been visited by a priest during his time in prison but expressed his wish to keep the details of his beliefs private.

And another confusing (for like the 10,000th time on this board agnosticism and atheism).

Are agnostics so feared that people need to engage in false smear campaigns?
So, Thomas, if it’s not fear, then what is the motivation behind the false smear campaign?

actions speak louder than words, son.

Why is a U.S. Rep. separating Islam from Fort Hood Attack?

Democrat Andre Carson (a muslim serving in congress) said of Fort Hood Attack, “This is no way a reflection of Islam more than Timothy McVeigh’s Actions are a reflection of Christianity”………. How many votes would he have gotten if instead of Andre Carson He used his real Name Mohamed?

Why is a U.S. Rep. separating Islam from Fort Hood Terrorist attack?

Muslim Indiana Democrat Congress Rep. Andre Carson said of Fort Hood Attack ” This is no way a reflection of ISLAM more than Timothy McVeigh’s actions are a reflection of Christianity.” What do you think about this comment from a congress man who should have been named Mohamed (no-one in indiana would have voted for him then, but then again muslims can lie to infidels, sounds like we have another infiltrator) wouldn’t be surprised if he went up in congress shooting at everyone!

Aside from what he did later, do you feel that?

Timothy McVeigh was right to be angry over what happened at Ruby Ridge and Waco? I don’t think it gave him the right to do what he did in OKC in 1995, but was he right to be angry over these two incidents?
