You need to look up the definition of “terrorist”. Not EVERY attack that kills a lot of people is a terrorist attack.
And, the reason he said not to jump to conclusions is to try to stop people from doing exactly what YOU Are doing…jumping to conclusions, when you don’t know that facts.

I can’t speak for everyone but I know majority of everyone I’ve spoke to is upset about what has happened in the military community, however he is a soldier (you I am assuming are not a soldier not are affiliated with the military) and the military is a hard life for all involved, not that anyone condones what he did. They are not calling it a terrorist attack because
1- They don’t have all the details
2- Just because he’s Muslim doesn’t make him a terrorist some Muslims are great people and do well in the US military.
(by automatically assuming terrorist when you hear Muslim you are following a stereotype … Say you are Baptist so I automatically assume you are a Hypocrite, that’s the kind of the same but not to the same degree…)
In closing, it was a sad event, with lives that shouldn’t have been lost.

There are other muslim soldiers on the base that have came out and publicly said that they have never been mistreated for being a muslim. Because it doesn’t meet the definition. Terrorists attack civilian targets to achieve a political aim. The Ft. Hood shootings based on what is actually known are no more an act of terrorism than the Orlando shootings yesterday.
