Ok your first statement was that Andre Carson is a muslim serving in congress. So what?! And that his real name is Mohamed? I guess Im not sure of the question totally. But I do agree that the Fort Hood attack is no more a reflection of Islam than Timothy McVeigh’s action a reflection of Christianity. I guess Its easier to blame an entire group of people than one individual.

Stop being so ignorant. His real name is not Mohamed. Just because he is a practicing Muslim does not mean his name is Mohamed. Even if it was Mohamed it shouldn’t matter. Just because the shooter at the Fort Hood attack was Muslim does not mean that all Muslims act that way. It is extremist Muslims. That is what his quote means. Just because Timothy McVeigh was a Christian does that mean he speaks for all Christians? I hope not.
