By being executed wouldn’t he then be a martyr and therefore go to “heaven” (they have a different name for it) and get 70 virgins? Theefore jail is much better for him
Moussaoui should have been sentenced to death. He is already a martyr in all intents and purposes, but he can still plot. At least if he was dead, he would no longer be a threat.
