Actually, compared to McVeigh’s heinous act, there simply haven’t been many “Muslim terrorists attacks” in the United States. Since we have only had these two large attacks, it’s no wonder when people don’t forget the McVeigh attack. Why do you want us to forget it? Hate Muslims? I think that as people love America more than they hate others, they come to realize that any terrorist attack on our country is equally abhorrent.

However, there is a case to be made that not all terrorists are Muslims.
There are and have been terrorist organizations operating in the U.S. that are not Muslim: the KKK, the Jewish Defense League, The Black Panthers, and the Weathermen to name a few.
I think the core idea is violence against organized institutions and government. Terrorism is caused by hatred of ideals and lifestyles, not adherents of a certain religion.
