2) Arizona’s law is Constitutional; it was modeled after a law enacted by the Arizona city of Peoria that has already been reviewed by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and declared Constitutional.

It’s not unConstitutional moron, it’s the state enforcement of a federal law that is already in place. When the federal government fails to enforce its own laws the state has the right and responsibility to do so, that’s why there are state police and national guardsmen.
