That would be someone that tries to justify a terrorist attack on a particular set of people.
Justifying terrorist activity is exactly what extremists do to recruit more terrorists.
This so called justification is nothing short of saying that you should kill people because of (fill in the blank).
It doesn’t matter if they are attempting to justify domestic terrorism in the case of McVeigh or international terrorism by Muslim terrorist groups or even the abortion clinic bombings by Christian terrorist groups during the 70′s and 80′s.
A terrorist is a terrorist is a terrorist and there can be no justification of this.
