The TV report that launched the book: The Third Terrorist

On June 22, 1995, KFOR-TV in Oklahoma City aired this special investigative report shattering the alibi of the Iraqi soldier whom multiple witnesses identified in sworn affidavits as John Doe 2 – the third terrorist. The Iraqi expatriate, Hussain Alhussaini, sued the station and reporter Jayna Davis for libel. The trial court and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the case, delivering sweeping vindication. The ruling upheld as “undisputed” all 50 statements of fact and opinion that implicated Alhussaini in the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building. The facts that dismantle his publicly-espoused alibis stand unrefuted to this day.

  1. Watch- the witnesses will show up dead with shot-gun blasts to the head when they answer the door AT NIGHT…

  2. maybe investigate the gov’t checkbook and see if the guy was on the payroll, like Timothy McV..

  3. Clinton and Reno need to slither in front of a court of law. Why the coverup? And the Democrats need to start apologizing – demand they apologize. As does both Clinton and Reno need to apologize.

  4. I read a month or so ago that that same man was arrested in Massachusetts for stabbing another man in the neck. Is this true? I always wondered why they put Tim McVeigh to death so quickly. He could have talked to get a lesser sentence. I heard on KSFO this morning that the other guy involved can’t give up the name of the third man for fear of his life.
