  1. @StartLoving3 You are a perverted liberal psychopath. Policies, like the ones you support, would lead to the worst genocides on the planet. You have no respect for the dignity of the individual, liberty, or the constitution. Do you seek pleasure in seeing masses of innocents rounded up and murdered? Do you seek pleasure in the Holocaust? You would have voted for Hitler and Stalin you vermin fool. Well let me tell you something you disgusting communist, you stay away from my civil rights.

  2. @StartLoving3 The only thing that gets people killed are idiots like you, who puts guns in the hands of criminals yet prevent law abiding citizens from obtaining them.

  3. @AmericanOutlaw87 Been a pleasure discussing this with you. Take care.

@seamoremonster I think the causes of the recent gun violence should be examined. It’s probably a combination of high unemployment and all this violent political rhetoric that idiots like Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin throw out. Other causes are of course social alienation and insanity. These things have to be curbed. That said, you’re probably right about a compromise. As I said, I’m still unsure about an automatic weapons ban.

  5. AmericanOutlaw87

@seamoremonster lmao I can’t argue with you there.

  6. @seamoremonster As far as gun legislation being the thin end of the wedge. I understand but there is room for compromise. If things got to the point where people were coming for you, you’d need organisation and networking more than guns. Personally I think government coming for your guns is the least of your worries…I think a law that could classify you as an enemy combatant and send you to jail without trial is a bigger threat. At this time more people are being killed by crazy fucks.

  7. @AmericanOutlaw87 1776 was a long time ago, before fast food, KFC and MacDonalds. Serioulsy, I wonder if we could do it today. What would happen in Chicago, L.A. or New York if the power went out for a week? Imagine…sewage backed up, no water. We are a different people now. Hunters today hunt with high powered rifles and scopes….back then they had flint locks, bush lore and stealth. Not much of that around these days. Most drive a car 2 blocks to get milk & bread rather than walk.

@seamoremonster So it’s not in our blood? We did this is 1776. Of course, the French helped us, but who’s to say no power would assist the American people? Now, I fully agree with you in regards to the Patriot Act, but I think banning guns is in the same vein. I know you are only for gun control, but I fear the slippery slope argument. Was the Patriot Act the last abuse of power? No, more rights were lost right after it.

  9. @AmericanOutlaw87 And Viet Nam. I’m not sure Americans are up to it. The Afghans and the Vietnamese had it in their genes. The Cong could forever on a handfull of rice and a straw hat. Hell that’s a different kind of commitment, fitness and war hardiness than we were used to. Besides…while I think we are losing our freedoms at an alarming rate…it’s the fear and paranoia that’s doing it. We should be screaming about the Patriot Act and Homeland security more than gun control.

@seamoremonster Firstly, I’m still deciding for myself about automatic weapons. Secondly, as I told the other user, history has shown us that an inferior force is capable of defeating a more powerful one. Sun Tzu’s The Art of War makes this clear. Just see how the Taliban is kicking our ass in Afghanistan. Of course, I’m not advocating the use of violence against our government; I’m just saying that it is possible.

  11. @AmericanOutlaw87 Gun legislation is not banning guns. One dead and 11 wounded in Ohio. Seems to me the real threat to safety and freedom in the US is crazy fuckers with guns. I really don’t think having glock with a thirty round clip is going to save you from a government that arrives at your door with a drone and an army tank. I’m not anti-guns…but I’m pro-regulations. Crazy fuckers are out there and you can’t plant a psychologist at every gun store to do a two minute sanity appraisal.

@seamoremonster “Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest. If we want the Arms Act to be repealed, if we want to learn the use of arms, here is a golden opportunity. If the middle classes render voluntary help to Government in the hour of its trial, distrust will disappear, and the ban on possessing arms will be withdrawn.” – Gandhi

  13. @AmericanOutlaw87 Gandhi the father of passive resistance carrying a glock?

  14. AmericanOutlaw87

@mahmooa1 Ron Paul (who I think is an idiot) is a popular member of the far right, and he talks about the real cause of 9/11 all the time. I guess what I’m saying is: WHAT IN GOD’S GREEN EARTH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?

  15. AmericanOutlaw87

@seamoremonster Funny how gun nuts have Orwell and Gandhi on their side.

  16. AmericanOutlaw87

@pawsmcspence Note that I’m only addressing your first point, not your second. It seems to me that you do not understand Sun Tzu’s The Art of War. It is perfectly possible for an inferior force to defeat an overwhelming powerful one. Perhaps you should study Vietnam, or see how we are getting our asses kicked in Afghanistan.
I’m not advocating the use of force agianst our government, I’m just pointing out that you’re wrong about military strategy.

  17. AmericanOutlaw87

I am sure glad Rachel Maddow was not the Secretary of Defense during World War Two.

  18. @seahorse1945 How do you expect to fight a “tyrannical” government armed with tanks, fighter planes, and nukes with only guns and rifles?

Disagreeing with someone does not make them a tyrant nor illegitimate. The President and the Congress were elected. They are (were) the legitimate government. You don’t need guns to get rid of them. You have the ballot box. I submit that this course of action truly honors the spirit of the Constitution.

  19. it is very sad that these folks, who have no idea what the second amendment means or where it comes from, are turned loose on the body politic.

  20. Funny how when someone tries to explain that American foreign policy had something to do with 9/11, the far right go into a fit. However, if a white male carries out a terrorist attack it was the governments fault.

  21. Congressman from georgia? yeah he was drunk.

Also anybody know who the screaming pre-op woman is? Or was he just some random anti-government nut?

  22. @seahorse1945, you are clinically paranoid. Get help before you get more folks killed, psych.

  23. Gun rights are a bit of a “tradition” in USA– since colonial America was formed a nation in 1776 –gun rights which allow everyone to protect “themselves” were noted as rights (meaning you don’t have to call the police and wait to defend yourself if attacked or threatened) then just as they are NOW! The fight against a tyrannical democrat lead Congress and a Socialist-minded President who Pervert the Constitution is a related issue- carrying guns to a rally is a “show of rights!”

  24. Gees these morons love to play dress up and strut their guns. Looks like their brains haven’t grown up with their obese bellies and fat asses.

  25. Is he DRUNK? Brown sounds fucking WASTED.
