OKLAHOMA BOMBING: MAN CHARGED: Right wing activist Timothy April 22, 1995 McVeigh has been formally charged with the car bomb explosion at the Government building headquarters in Oklahoma City. Police are searching for a second suspect and the attack is thought to be in revenge for Government handling of the Waco seige.
