ummm- just guessing but when they use haarp to heat the ionisphere and make the plasma to bounce beams off of it gets very bright—-could be heating it and making it glow or could be just f’ing with us since I realize they do that now==and you know they have doing way more up there than what we have been told-but I am going to assume it is a technology and they are still in the magnetoshere and can work with the electomagnetic grid of the eartth same as they do here

I know this is very scary if its not a thunderstorm. Someone said lens flare, but I watched it a couple times,,I don’t think it is..but could be…lets wait, and see what peeps say!
