@SubconsciousGatherer – Hi there, it’s not surprising you haven’t heard his name. Cliff went from painting privately to public attention in 2010, when I opened a fan page for him on a whim. He had tens of thousands of fans within months. His collectors buy through the page. His entry to the art world has been a little sideways, but it sure has been exciting.
Where does the word “surrealist” come in when describing this man? I’m sorry, but I’m very well read on the movement and I’ve never heard his name before.
I love the message… especially the part about his not wanting to trade. I’ve often felt the same way about my migraines. If they have something to do with the circuitry of my brain that makes me smart and able to really understand scientific concepts, then I wouldn’t want to give up migraines if it meant giving up the way I think.
