My wife and I just found out we were pregnant this morning, what can I do from now on as a father?

Man this father business sounds weird when I say it. Anyway, I plan to graduate a year from the end of June with a Bachelors degree, this is our first child. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do between now and the time he/she [hopefully he ;) ] is born? Thank you.

  1. “we” were pregnant???!!! XD lol

  2. You should just be there, help support her and your baby. I congratulate you on your soon to be child. I pray your child is going to be healthy and every thing goes well for you. :)

  3. Just be supportive and listen to your partner(or at least pretend to!) as her hormones will be all over the place and men can find it hard to understand. She may be moody from time to time , or get upset over the slightest things and go on at you im afraid! i know i did to my partner, just dont take it personal. But it is quite hard being pregnant! your body can no longer feel like your own! i think as long as your there for your partner and continue to make her feel like she’s beautiful, you’ll be ok.Also get involved with things too, midwife and scans , go and pick some baby things out together , it will be lovely for you both. Me and my partner expect our first baby in aug , good luck with it all x x

  4. don’t go for sexual intercourse for 2-3 months.
You should make your wife happy all the time that is good for baby.
Don’t travel too much on shaky areas.
    2-3 months you control yourself.

  5. Go buy the book what to expect when you’re expecting..fathers version…or rent at the library…
