Wow, Gary Stevens gained some weight since his appearance in Seabiscuit. (See that last shot of him).
He’s wrong, though, because Rachel always goes out in the lead when competing against MALES, but she takes stalking position oftentimes in FEMALE races. She would not tire herself as much.
She has less acceleration at the stretch than Zenyatta, but she would be out in front more at that point, so I don’t know really who would win, but it might be very close.

He got it right, Zenyatta would win for fun. She’s just so much bigger and stronger than other fillies, colt’s too for that matter. She just has that God given ability to run down and go by whatever horse lay in her path.
